We are a group run by and for adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems. Our group is totally focused on doing things for ourselves, we receive no public funding and are supported and financed by the membership and fantastic volunteers.

Chicken Curry
Des, Shane, Paul and Robin cook a chicken curry. This was very easy to do and we found out that it was cheaper to feed 5 of us by cooking our own than to buy one microwave curry. We had lots of fun and a nice lunch as well.
